FUJI NXT Feeder Calibration Jig
The overall machine structure is concise, easy to operate, and its functions are optimized. High – precision gears are adopted to ensure position stability and significantly improve work efficiency.
Precision detection. The pick – up position, height, and pressure bar height can all be accurately measured, enabling better control of quality.
It uses a color LED display, LED lighting, and a 50 – times magnification CCD camera, making the structure more compact and aesthetically pleasing. This effectively reduces eye fatigue and improves the quality of work.
It is easy to operate and can simulate a chip mounter to automatically and continuously observe the pick – up position. This allows for a clearer understanding of the continuous operation quality of the feeder, thus more effectively controlling the reject rate.
