Compatible with standard SMT reels (150-300mm), the feeder supports tape widths from 2-50mm and thickness from 0.03-0.5mm. Plug-and-play integration with SIPLACE SX, X, D, and TX series requires no line modifications. Auto-calibration and error alert functions reduce operator intervention during high-volume runs. On SMT production lines, the feeder applies masking tape to PCBs before reflow soldering, wave soldering, and selective soldering — protecting gold fingers, connectors, and heat-sensitive components from solder bridging, flux splatter, and thermal damage. Material changeover completes in under 2 minutes with standard reel loading.
